Prior registration is required to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all dog owners. The park neighbors the Swansboro Municipal Park which welcomes dogs, too. Also in Swansboro is the dog-friendly Hammocks Beach State Park where you can picnic under the old shade trees while the breeze from the water wafts around. Although the beaches, trails, and parks are aplenty, you don’t have to be outside to enjoy the area with your puppy pal.
